When dieting your mindset should be: the first thing you consider, am I ready and will I keep it off.

If I actually lose weight do I have the right mindset to stay thin? when dieting About a year and a half ago I wrote a book about dieting not aimed at diabetes perse’ but I devised a menu plans that accommodates both its titled:

The Slimming Diet Experience.

I follow the menu plan in the book, I am losing weight slowly.

When you diet you should take it slowly, making it much easier to keep it off.

But, the most important aspect in the book is the mindset change.

How one can literally change her or his mind just by doing a few simple things on a daily basis for about six months and change their eating habits to lose all the weight they want.

When dieting your mindset should be on the fact that you’ll need to do a few easy brain exercises to help rewire your mind.

Making new patterns in your brain, instead of reverting back to a habit, your brain now has a new path to send messages too.

You eat less because your brain isn’t telling you food is necessary as often.

Early in our lives way before the age 10 most of our mores and beliefs have already begun to hard wire in our brains.

So, conceivably, we as individual, can age to the point of death unchanged from very early adaptations.

Old stupid out dated thoughts that were set in your mind before you knew enough to question them.

Simply, our entire life span is passed with beliefs we received from our parents, teachers, clergy, doctor, friends long before adulthood.

Do we need to question their validity?

Heck Yes, we do!


When Dieting You Mindset Needs to be in Place Before Losing Weight

Say for example, your environment labeled you, "sickly."

You are now 26 years old, due to your ingrained belief system, you’ve spend 1/4 of your existence either in bed or in a hospital.

Your habits dictate your unwellness.

Awe.....but you don't believe a wellness or unwellness can be just…… a habit!

Unfortunately it’s very very true, proved over and over and the same conclusion arises: “You are what you believe.” when dieting If you do, you would be wrong, any habit or belief can be changed with the right thought patterns and the right tools!

First you have to want to, than you need to research and find the right method for you.

If you want to diet to lose pounds your best bet is to work on your losing weight mindset first.

I speak from experience not from books I have read.

Although the books I have read lead me to alter my belief system when dieting.

The journey started about 3 years ago.

Progress was not instantaneous but with persistence, I could see the changes as they unfolded.

Losing weight wasn’t the only benefit, I was so much happier!

So when dieting you mindset is indeed paramount!!
