Another problem with having to much weight on your body is your feeling about yourself.

When people don't have good feeling about them selves.

And when physically they don't feel well.

To lift their spirits they eat sweets and junk food to help them become happy, no matter how fleeting!

Now that people can lose weight via "High-protein" diets, they skimp on the important thing like vitamins and minerals gotten from eating loads of fruits and veggies.

Researchers have discovered: living on diets emphasizing dropping whole groups of food like proteins or carbohydrates, in a very short time these people end up with great deficiencies.

The highest levels of lack are: Vitamins A, B3 and Ccalcium.

I RECOMMEND NO MORE THAN 10,000 IU daily.

WARNING: If you are juicing carrots daily "Do Not" take Vitamin A supplements at all.

    Vitamin C = 1,000 mg/day

    Vitamin E = 400-800 mg/day

    Calcium = 1,000 mg - 1,500 mg/day

    Chromium = 50 - 200 mcg (micrograms)/day

    Copper = 1.5 - 3 mg/day

    Iron = 18 mg/day

    Magnesium = 250 - 500 mg/day

    Potassium = 2500 -3500 mg/day
