”Healthy Muffin Recipes with Oats for promoting Weight Lose”

Healthy Muffin Recipes have been around for eons this is a muffin recipe my mother used way back when I was a tot.

The recipe wasn't geared towards losing weight...especially since she used Crisco and lard in most of her baking.

Oatmeal Muffins
    2 c. white flour (organic)

    ½ c oatmeal

    1 ½ tsp baking powder

    1 tsp soda

    ½ c. buttermilk

    ¼ c. milk

    2 eggs

    ½ c. natural cane sugar

    ¾ c. stevia

    ½ c. butter

    4 tbsp molasses (less if you don’t like molasses)

    1 ½ tsp cinnamon

    ½ tsp nutmeg

Add all dry ingredients together except sugar.

Melt butter take it from the heat and add milks, beaten eggs, sugar than cool.

Now fold in the dry ingredients. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees.

Put cupcake papers in muffin pan fill with batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
