Here Comes Weight Loss Tip

No. 13...

"Mustard Man" is a clue to one tiny tip that helped me lose weight some years ago.

I was readying myself for a night with my "Prince"...so I thought at the time.

Oh well that's another story!!

I need to get into my "Ball Gown" (not really) it was a yellow cotton ballerina length dress I bought specially for my date.

The dress wasn't to small it had been a bit tight at the waist.

Long story shorten, I drank this concoction for 10 days and had room to spare in my new yellow dress!!

Yes, I combined mustard and horseradish and drank them with tomato juice.

When I felt braver I'd drink the 2 with water.

Mix: 2 tbsp of mustard; 1 tbsp of horseradish in a regular size drinking glass.

Or you can mix it in filtered water.

You can mask the taste of the horseradish much better in the tomato juice.

Do this for at least two weeks.

You should see a difference in the way your clothes feel.

One last tip...buy powdered mustard.

I find the taste isn't as strong or as bitter as the liquid kind.
