Loading and unloading the Dishwasher
We generally bend over at the waist to take the dishes out.
Here's what I want you to do:
Bend you knee with your feet spread apart to 18 inches.
Then dip slowly down to where it's comfortable, grab a few plates and slowly push up.
In doing so you are burning calories big time with simple knee bends.
You'll be breathing heavily, so just breath slowly and continue until pain sets in.

Mopping the Floor"
As you mop the floor you are going to use the very same techniques and vacuuming.
Only this time you will hold the mop about 6 inches in front of your body and sway as if you were dancing with the person you love.
Sway at the waist as far as you can from hip to hip.
Try to move the mop only as you move your body.
You can burn a good 100 calories in 15-20 minutes of mopping. More calories burned if you really get into it.
