There was no "Oprah" using this diet.

Found no "Kirsti Alley" using the Star-lite diet.

The whole thing is about mega vitamins and juice.

Mostly waste materials from your digestive system will be the bulk of losing. (Pardon the pun!)

The majority of your weight loss will literally be crap.

Will this be lasting weight loss?

NO a Thousand Times NO!!

The next time you eat solid foods your intestines refill and along comes the weight back.

And don't forget the cramps and pain that accompanies solid waste in the colon again.

The instructions of the Hollywood diet tell the consumer to only exercise moderately during the one or two day regimen.

Understandable, you won't have energy to exercise.

The diet can be followed once a week, once every two weeks, once a month, or whenever you need to shed a few pounds and detoxify your system.

Not a bad plan if it works? lose weight

Best thing for you to do STOP all the fad diets and begin simply.

The greatest start is just cutting proportions a bit.

Sub out bad foods for better foods a little at a time.

Condition your body to want less.

And most importantly balance your diet between:

    Proteins

    Carbohydrates of raw fruits and vegetable

    Fats like omegas, olive oil

What's not needed in your diet is and I will say it again.
