A losing weight recipe for the whole family and it's meatless.
For protein you have cheese and and organic eggs.
If you'd like to lose weight and not spend all day trying to figure out which foods to cook to keep the calorie count down this is the recipe for you when dieting or not.
When Dieting

You'll need these ingredients:
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in pan and drain, do the same with cauliflower and green beans, cook separately. saute' onions in unsalted butter add to cloves garlic.
Drain off all veggies divide all vegetables into two halves, putting half in one casserole dish and the other half in another.
Beat eggs add cheese sauce after dividing eggs in two half portions. It takes a jar of cheese dip for each casserole dish'
After well mixed with eggs, mix in casserole dish with all vegetables, making sure all veggies are covered by the cheese sauce and eggs.
Pre heat oven to 350 F. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbling.
While the casseroles are baking.
On the stove top heat water and add rice both brown and wild rice. Pour over the rice with the cheese sauce.
This is a high energy dish due to the rice, it a marvelous food for ways to lose weight. But you don't have to be dieting to enjoy this casserole. It's wonderful for children. They will love broccoli made this way.
