Don't take for granted that because you are losing weight, you are healthy in the process.

The advertisers have filled you full of crappy lies, in essences, telling you the only way you'll see fast results is to torture your body by means totally unhealthy.

Eat as much raw and you can handle, your body cannot help but react in a positive way.

Do you think you can maintain a healthy blood sugar ratio when you gorge yourself then 2 days later you starve your body?

I don't think there's any one alive who doesn't want to be healthy, but like all thing worth having, getting to that healthy place takes work and planning.
