How is it, so much information is available about the value of eating cabbage several days a week and yet so obscure?
One of the most nutritious vegetables on the planet and so few people know or care?
Well, what I can do is give you the facts and let you decide whether to become a "fan" of the good old cabbage.
Here's a fact for you:
eating raw, cooked or sauerkraut (made from cabbage) can drop your chances of getting colon cancer by a whopping 66%!!
Discovered in a German study done in 1931; discovered again in 1950 by French Scientists; and again in 1959 by US Air Forces researchers; also in 1986 by Romanian scientists.
Now in 1991: a Greek physician compared the diets of 100 colorectal cancer patients with those of non-cancer patients.
